i just thought of THE BEST etsy name ever, like it just suddenly came to me while i was on google or something. i couldn't believe it wasn't already taken, not even on deviantart yet. so far i can't find anyone else with it anywhere, its the most obvious thing in the world ahahaha

i'm making a new lj and several new galleries to go with my etsy to advertise my shit. i'm doing an etsy in the chance that i can't find any job openings here :C
initially i'm just making christmas ornaments and pendants, later i'll move on to other stuff, i don't even have any paint with me at the moment, just some sculpey. i might do knitted stuff up there later on, but that's kind of exspensive to start because i am anal about good quality yarn and sizes. right now i'm knitting these blue striped monstery armwarmer glove things, with white pointy claw fingers, tedious but i think they'll come out pretty good. ridiculous too, they look like furry monster muppet arms

i decided to make a halloween mask.
i haven't done a costume in maybe two years?

I looked at missmonster/that fursuit lj for shits today and figured out exactly how i'm going to do it. I want a mask with a hinge jaw, open eye sockets. it's going to be a yellow-orange and cyan striped crocodile baboon thing. i'm using plaster strips, joanne's foam, paper clay and sculpey for teeth, followed up with some airbrushing and probably a way-overcomplicated paint job. I'm gonna do my hair all poofy so I look some kind of fucked up Amut thing.

I plan to make some long stripey grinch fingers and a retardulously long tail, but I have to hand-sew that so I might not even do it.
